Here's what you’ll receive:
Unlimited Group Personal Training sessions throughout the entire 4 weeks along with 1:1 Personal Training (subject to your chosen package). These sessions can be tailored to suit all fitness backgrounds and are perfect for complete beginners.
Recipe Guides, Meal Plans and weekly shopping lists to take the guessing work out of what to eat and when.
Before and after measurement sessions with a Head Trainer to track your progress.
Daily support and education delivered directly to your smart phone or tablet. It’s like having your own Personal Trainer at your fingertips 24/7!
We’ve got all the bases covered – all you need to do is apply!
Step 1: You apply. The application process is quick and easy, within 2 minutes you’ll be done and we’ll aim to get back to successful applicants within 24 hours. Due to the bespoke nature of our coaching, we can only take on a limited number of applicants per month.
Step 2: We meet. For this to be effective, we need to ensure this challenge is 100% right for you before we get you started. We’ll meet with you to give you a tour of our private Personal Training studio and go through the in's and out's of our challenge. We’ll also go over any questions you have at this point too.
Once you’re happy to begin, we’ll set you up with your MYPTstudio account (on our in-house app) and do all your pre-challenge measurements at the same time.
Step 3: You prepare. We’ll then send over your (food plans) manuals along with all the advice and information to help you get started. You’ll have around 5 days to get familiar with your meal plans, do your food shop and really get prepared for your challenge.
Step 4: You follow our plans and enjoy the process. We supply you with weekly meal plans, a recipe guide, shopping lists and a success manual. Don’t worry though – for this to be effective you won’t need to follow our plans to the letter. Simply follow along as best you can and if you’re eating and living healthier than last week you’ll be making progress!
We’ve created this plan with flexibility in mind – so you’ll be well equipped to adjust our eating and training around your lifestyle.
Step 5: We re-measure. This is always the fun part! After 4 weeks, we’ll sit down with you and go through your results in depth. We're sure you'll be delighted with the results of all your hard work! Better still, we’ll discuss a plan for you to continue achieving these great results month on month, year on year.
